Quant BV is a customized imaging analysis program developed by Olachi J. Mezu-Ndubuisi, MD, OD using the Matlab (Mathworks, Natick, MA) platform with multifunctional capabilities. It allows one to measure area, volume, length, diameter, segments or parts of a whole, contour, or tortuosity.
Quant BV can be applied to quantitative measurement of blood vessels and images obtained from vascular tissues or any other tissues.
