Quant BV is a customized imaging analysis program developed using the Matlab (by Mathworks, Natick, MA) platform with multi-functional capabilities. It allows one to measure area, volume, length, diameter, segments or parts of a whole, contour, or tortuosity.
Quant BV can be applied to quantitative measurement of blood vessels and images obtained from vascular tissues or any other tissues.
